Job summary

PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Customer Service for the Amar Bank Bandung Office to deliver excellent service to branch visitors, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate information on our products and services.

You will handle walk-in, inbound, and outbound interactions, document complaints and requests, and support colleagues to maintain high service standards with a strong customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Comfortable handling customers through walk-in, inbound, and outbound interactions.
• Disciplined, committed, and professional with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers visiting the branch per SOPs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate information about Amar Bank’s products and services.
• Document and record customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
• Support other Customer Service officers when needed.
