Amar Bank Makassar Branch is seeking a Customer Service representative to deliver excellent service to customers, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about Amar Bank’s products and services in line with established procedures.

Key duties include serving walk-in customers, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, documenting complaints, and supporting other Customer Service officers as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, committed, and professional with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Provide service to customers visiting the branch in accordance with established SOPs.
• Assist customers and provide appropriate solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about Amar Bank’s products and services.
• Document and record customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
• Support other Customer Service officers when needed.
