Job summary

Tuniang Kuta Bali is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team through the pre-opening phase and establish operational excellence for our new Balinese restaurant in Kuta. You’ll drive guest satisfaction and oversee daily operations, staffing, and financial targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a managerial role within F&B, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of hospitality standards. English proficiency is an advantage as we prepare for a successful launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of managerial experience in F&B.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate all restaurant staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and operational expenses to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and shortages.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
