Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Proven track record in managing operations, staff and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with staff development.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to standards.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, ordering and stock levels to optimise profitability.
• Ensure high-quality food and service, in line with company policies and guest expectations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, seating and dining environment to maximise capacity and revenue.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards per local regulations and company requirements.
• Conduct staff training on customer service, food safety and procedures.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and performance metrics.
