Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in a premium restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Candidates based in Bali preferred.
