Six Senses Bali is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to uphold the brand's standards of exceptional service and culinary excellence. You will lead daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and front office, and ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

The role requires 2-4 years in a full-service restaurant, fluent English, and a hospitality qualification; Indonesian nationality is preferred. On-site at Six Senses Bali with equal opportunity employment.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required.
• Indonesian nationality.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily bookings and plan smooth restaurant operation for each shift.
• Ensure all restaurant areas are clean, well-presented, and ready before opening.
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations per hotel standards and procedures.
• Ensure consistent guest service and a personalized dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Bridge coordination with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments.
• Monitor service standards, train and develop team members.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Support revenue-generating initiatives and cost-control measures.
• Act as Restaurant Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations.
