Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality of product and service in the outlet.
• Drive sales to the outlet’s full potential and adhere to budget.
• Develop the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner to generate more business.
• Foster innovation and communicate new ideas to the Head of Department.
• Support growth of internal talent within the outlet.
