Job summary

TP in Bali is seeking an English-speaking Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer and technical support for our clients in the technology industry. You will troubleshoot software-related issues and guide users through effective solutions to ensure a positive experience across every interaction.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and at least 1 year in technical support or customer service, preferably for software products.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1+) in written and spoken communication.
• Minimum 1 year in technical support or customer service, preferably software products.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software.
• Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; structured troubleshooting approach.
• Willing to work a permanent night shift and onsite in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage, monitor, and track customer inquiries through helpdesk and ticketing platforms.
• Provide clear guidance to customers throughout the problem-solving process.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting response and resolution targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
