Job summary

Courtyard Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort seeks an IT Network Administrator to install, configure, manage, and repair computer networks and workstations on-site. You will support servers, users, and security while troubleshooting issues across LAN/WAN and POS systems.

Responsibilities include planning installations, ensuring data backups, and maintaining inventory. A Technical/Vocational degree and at least 2 years of related experience are preferred; no supervisory duties are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related work experience: At least 2 years in a related role.
• Supervisory experience: None.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, test, and repair computer networks and workstations.
• Support server systems, hardware/software, user accounts, and network rooms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, security, and backups.
• Provide end-user IT support and training on proper system usage and security.
• Coordinate equipment installations, moves, and changes; maintain inventory.
