BaliSuperHost in Bali is seeking an IT Support professional to keep all office technology running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day IT support for staff, install and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network gear, and ensure security patches are applied across systems.
The role requires clear communication, problem solving under pressure, and a detail-oriented approach to managing equipment and documents. English is preferred; a related degree is recommended.

Provide day-to-day IT support for office staff and operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
Ensure hardware and software are regularly updated with the latest security patches.
Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
Ensure office computers, network infrastructure, servers, and Wi-Fi are functioning efficiently.
Assist team members with technical issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Support guest technology-related issues when required, including Wi-Fi connection and device compatibility.
Maintain IT equipment inventory and conduct regular audits.
Assist with the implementation and configuration of new systems and technology.
Monitor IT issues and provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
Proven experience in IT Support, preferably in hospitality, property management, or the service industry.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and basic system administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to explain technical issues in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of English is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
