Job summary

PT Eskrim Enak Indonesia in Bali is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cafe/restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.

You will lead service staff, maintain food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and handle customer complaints with professionalism. Strong leadership and English communication skills are essential, with preference for candidates based in Bali and availability to start on-site at the end of October.

• Minimum experience as a Supervisor / Senior Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café/restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff performance.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and manpower requirements.
• Assist with staff training and service standard improvement.
• Support inventory control and daily operational reporting.
