CACAO + KIMONO in Munduk, Bali is seeking a friendly, energetic Senior Sales Assistant & Retail Operations Lead. You will welcome international guests, share our conscious brands, assist with styling, and serve ceremonial cacao, creating a warm, soul-nourishing experience that builds community.

You will manage inquiries, ensure pristine store presentation, and collaborate with the Store Manager on SOPs, stock, and events at our Munduk location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (fashion and basic cash handling essential).
• Conversational English mandatory; Fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• High mathematical accuracy and attention to detail with money and transactions.
• Friendly, confident, polite, mindful lifestyle alignment.
• Excellent grooming and high standards of personal presentation.
• Punctual, honest and reliable.
• Must have own reliable transport and smartphone for team communication.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and heart-led Senior Sales Assistant & Retail Operations Lead to join our team. As the face of our space, you will welcome international guests, share the story of our conscious creators, assist with styling, and serve our ceremonial cacao. Your goal is to provide a warm, soul-nourishing experience that turns visitors into a lasting part of our community.

Manage the customer inquires on-line and off-line

Greet every customer with genuine warmth, hospitality, and positive, high-vibe energy.

Share our brand philosophy, educating guests on our consignment concept, conscious creators, and our three brands (Cacao Kimono, Lace Basics, and Khaldoun Cacao).

Assist customers with sizing, styling advice, and curating pieces that resonate with them.

Maintain an authentic, helpful, and sales-driven mindset.

Prepare and serve our signature Khaldoun Cacao, creating a welcoming ritual space for guests.

Represent the brand at multiple community wellness, spiritual, or promotional events.

Ensure the store is always immaculately clean, tidy, organized, and inviting.

Fold, hang, and carefully steam clothing to ensure our premium products look their absolute best.

Proactively restock clothes, spiritual items, and cacao products on the floor as they are sold.

Responsibly open and close the store according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Transactions & Cash Handling

Process payments accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system (including credit cards, QRIS, and multi-currency transactions).

Responsible Cash Handling: Manage the cash register, ensure precise cash counting, provide exact change, and accurately count/verify the opening and closing float daily.

Track and report daily stock levels, financial sheets, or valuable customer feedback to the Store Manager via detailed reports.

4. Operations & Managerial Support

Manager's Right Hand: Assist the Store / Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks, workflow planning, and maintaining boutique SOPs.

Shift Leadership: Act as the lead point-of-contact during shifts; step in to lead floor operations during the Manager’s absence.

Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with stock counts, consignment inventory audits, tag management, and restocking tracking.

Team Mentorship: Help train, guide, and support junior sales assistants on guest engagement, POS protocols, and store presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (experience in fashion and basic cash handling is essential ).

Language Skills: Conversational English is mandatory (you must be highly confident communicating with international tourists, who make up our primary audience).

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Skills & Attributes: * High mathematical accuracy and attention to detail when managing money and transactions.

Friendly, confident, polite, and naturally aligned with a conscious, mindful lifestyle.

Excellent grooming and high standards of personal presentation.

Exceptionally punctual, honest, and reliable.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Logistics: Must have your own reliable transport to travel to the store.

Must own a smartphone for seamless daily team communication (via WhatsApp & Telegram).

Benefits & Compensation

Base Salary: IDR 5,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month (based on experience).

Bonus: Performance-based monthly sales bonuses.

Working Hours: Balanced 6-hour daily shifts, 6 days a week.
