Job summary

Fork Bakery and Grill Restaurant Kuta Bali is seeking a dedicated Baker/Pastry professional to join our kitchen team in Bali. You will work with dough and batter, mold, proof, bake, and decorate a range of pastries including croissants, danish, sourdough, cakes and desserts.

Ideal candidates hold SMK in culinary fields or equivalent experience, have 1–2 years in bakery/pastry, and are proficient with deck/convection ovens, proofer, dough sheeter and stand mixer, while applying HACCP/FIFO

Qualifications

• SMK qualification in Tata Boga, Culinary Arts or Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of bakery/pastry experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Technical skill in dough and batter preparation, molding, proofing and baking.
• Ability to produce varied pastry products.
• Knowledge of pastry equipment operation and HACCP/FIFO standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dough and batter techniques.

• Monitor and maintain appropriate temperatures and baking times
• Apply Food Safety, Sanitation, and Hygiene standards (HACCP/FIFO)

About you

• Minimum SMK qualification in Tata Boga, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in bakery/pastry (restaurant, café, or hotel)
• Technical skill in dough and batter preparation, molding, proofing, and baking
• Ability to produce varied pastry products
