Job summary

PT Seven Morning Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Bakery/Pastry Assistant for our Central Kitchen in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has a high school or vocational background and an enthusiasm to learn, with basic bakery knowledge and the ability to operate ovens and mixers.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Preference for candidates from Pantai Indah Kapuk vicinity.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School / Vocational School graduate.
• Previous bakery/pastry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation.
• Passionate about baking and eager to learn.
• Able to operate bakery equipment and maintain quality.

• Operate bakery/pastry department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness and consistency.
• Familiar with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to be placed at Central Kitchen; Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) preferred.
