Responsibilities include monitoring stock, reviewing COA data from suppliers, and preparing quotations for clients, with a focus on preserving customer satisfaction and efficient cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• B2B manufacturing customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience handling complaints and customer requests.
• Detail oriented with data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming POs and create corresponding sales orders.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production to align schedules and delivery timelines.
• Review COA information from suppliers for accuracy.
• Ensure all customer-related admin processes are accurate and efficient.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with Finance and Sales.
• Prepare daily activity and delivery reports using Trello or similar tools.
• Track and support resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations for products and services offered to clients.
