Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth with Chinese manufacturing companies in Indonesia. You will bridge the company and Chinese-speaking clients, uncover new opportunities, and nurture long-term partnerships.

You will coordinate with internal teams and overseas management, handle B2B sales of plastics and industrial solutions, and provide market insights to steer expansion in manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3–5 years in Sales/Marketing/BD within manufacturing, trading or industrial sectors.
• Experience selling B2B products or handling corporate clients.
• Familiarity with trading operations, import/export and industrial supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Excel, and sales reporting.
• Business-level Mandarin and English proficiency.
• Own a car and valid driver’s license for frequent client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, including prospecting, negotiation, after-sales support, and account maintenance.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support expansion strategies.
• Act as primary liaison between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
• Handle quotations, pricing discussions, contracts, and delivery coordination.
• Conduct client visits and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate customers.
• Support technical and commercial discussions related to industrial material applications.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates and market insights for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order fulfillment and customer requirements.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives for expanding market share within targeted sectors.
