Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development or a similar phone-based sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Experience in lead generation, prospect research, and outbound sales activities.
• Ability to handle rejection and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Willingness to pursue a long-term career in Sales or Sales Development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the initial sales process from lead generation and prospect outreach to qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the Sales team.
• Identify and research potential B2B clients across different markets to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage decision-makers, with a target of at least 60 calls per day.
• Follow up with prospects, build relationships, and move sales opportunities through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Analyze prospect engagement and conversion rates to identify challenges and improve outbound sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts, grow the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
• Execute email drip campaigns and personalized outreach strategies to generate interest in the company's products and services.
