Job summary

Let's Nara, a B2B marketing agency in Indonesia, is seeking a hands-on Outbound Lead Generation Specialist. You will build and run outbound systems for multiple client ICPs, research named decision makers, and run multi-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

You will maintain lists, ensure deliverability, and hand off qualified leads to client sales teams. The role is remote from Indonesia with Jakarta business hours, full-time, 40 hours/week, starting salary Rp 6,500,000 per month,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, SDR/BDR, or B2B lead generation.
• Strong written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience running multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• Comfortable with research tools and outreach infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound systems for multiple B2B clients, each with its own ICP.
• Research and verify named decision makers; use LinkedIn and data providers.
• Maintain and refresh target lists weekly.
• Execute personalized multi-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Manage sending infrastructure and inbox health for deliverability.
