Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Key Account Management, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience handling corporate accounts and project-based sales, from prospecting to deal closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the B2B/Project Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new project opportunities, key accounts, and potential business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.
