Job summary

PT Arianto Darmawan in Jakarta seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth in project-based industrial equipment sales. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts through complex tender processes, and lead multi-month project cycles from opportunity identification to delivery.

You will provide technical consultation and solution design to meet client requirements, deliver compelling proposals, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10-15 years in B2B technical project-based sales, with at least 5 in a Sales Supervisor / Sales Managerial position.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia for client visits.
• Base salary + commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand revenue in the industrial machinery division.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped industrial markets.
• Lead complex, project-based sales cycles from initial engagement through multi-month project execution.
• Provide technical consultation and solution design to meet client custom industrial equipment requirements.
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations to demonstrate capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations with accurate specifications and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
