Job summary

PT Inmotion Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate in Jakarta to identify potential customers, generate new leads, and arrange introductory meetings for our B2B technology solutions. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and lead qualification, with additional support for routine partner coordination.

The position welcomes fresh graduates; strong Bahasa Indonesia with working English is required, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship in sales or BD is a plus.
• Comfortable initiating conversations via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia with working English.
• Proactive, organized, and persistent in following up.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; able to conduct online research.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and build prospect lists.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, tools, and events.
• Engage prospects to understand needs and fit with our solutions.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations with sales/presales.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and hand over qualified leads with notes.
• Maintain contact info, outreach activities, and lead status in CRM.
• Work toward targets for qualified leads and meetings.
• Assist with routine partner coordination including scheduling and notes.
