Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth across B2B projects, retail, and distribution channels in Jakarta. You will identify opportunities, acquire clients including corporate firms and property developers, and build strategic partnerships while leading a high-performing BD team.

The role focuses on closing deals, achieving profitability targets, and monitoring market trends to seize new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in the furniture, interior, property, or related industry is preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B projects, retail, and distribution channels.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients, including corporate companies, property developers, contractors, and interior designers.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Lead sales negotiations, proposals, and deal closing to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Lead and develop the Business Development team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
