Job summary

PT Peoplyee Tech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Bekasi to build and expand our Japanese customer portfolio. You will lead opportunities, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

You will cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential Japanese clients while tracking performance and reporting progress to management. A minimum of 5 years in electronics distribution is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the distribution of electronic components or electrical devices.
• Experience in hunting and developing Japanese customers.
• Driver License: Have own car and SIM A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new sales pipelines by identifying and approaching potential Japanese customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure new sales from Japanese clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Japanese customers.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to support customer needs and smooth order processing.
• Monitor sales performance, track leads and opportunities, and report progress to management.
