Job summary

Peoplyee in Cikarang seeks a Business Development Supervisor (Japanese speaker) to drive new business, manage key relationships, and lead negotiations with local and international partners. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BD or related fields, with English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+). Prior experience in property or real estate is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• English and Japanese language proficiency at business level (JLPT N3 or higher).
• Minimum 3 years in business development, B2B sales, leasing, partnerships, or related roles.
• Experience in property, real estate, retail leasing or similar commercial sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver business presentations and lead negotiations and contract discussions.
• Prepare proposals, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to inform decisions.
• Manage partnership activities and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with local and international clients, including Japanese partners.
• Support team planning and implementation of business development initiatives.
