Job summary

Appfuxion is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth by sourcing qualified leads and presenting our value proposition to potential clients in Indonesia. You will research client needs, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling pitches to move opportunities forward.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach to secure strategic partnerships with banks, insurers, or financial services

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience in Banking/Insurance/Financial industry is a plus.
• Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored value propositions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and convert potential clients in Indonesia.
• Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentations after researching client needs.
• Prepare presentations and sales displays; pitch and present products.
• Develop persuasive marketing/sales strategies and materials tailored to client requirements.
