Job summary

Accurate Indonesia is looking for a Business Acquisition Executive to cover the Bogor–Depok area. The role combines on-site client meetings with work-from-home activities, focusing on lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals for our ERP software.

You will build and manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and drive regional growth with a strong emphasis on customer value and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand client needs, assess business requirements, and interpret sales data.
• Effective communication to present solutions clearly, negotiate with stakeholders, and build relationships.
• Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition to grow the client base.
• Sales skills to manage pipelines, present persuasively, and close contracts.
• B2B software/ERP experience is an advantage in trading, distribution, contracting, or manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and meet targets with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with CRM tools, online meetings, and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients in the Bogor–Depok area.
• Present Accurate Indonesia's software solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up to close deals.
• Provide regular updates and reporting; collaborate with internal teams to inform clients.
• Regular on-site visits within the Bogor–Depok area with some work-from-home activities.
