Job summary

NAKIVO, Inc. is seeking a proactive B2B outreach specialist to drive discovery calls with Indonesian prospects from Jakarta area. You will leverage English and Bahasa Indonesia to engage decision-makers and schedule product demos.

The role requires you to work from Jakarta proximity, own a phone and laptop with stable internet, and be comfortable recording calls and sharing files. On-site weekly sessions help coaching and alignment.

Qualifications

• Availability to make calls during Indonesia business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00) when prospects are reachable.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Workload math: 5000 target companies, 2-3 contacts each, 3 touchpoints per contact (invite + reminder + follow-up).
• Conduct cold calls and introduce NAKIVO solutions.
• Record all calls and log outcomes in the shared tracker after each session.
• Follow up / Email using the provided template and schedule a demo.
• Attend one on-site session per week for a quick sync, result review, and coaching.
