TEH Group is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join our Jakarta team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on outbound calling to schedule meetings with senior professionals and decision-makers.

You will identify prospects, articulate the value of meetings, and maintain CRM records while hitting daily and monthly targets. Candidates should have experience in telesales or call center operations, strong English and negotiation skills, and comfort with high-volume calling in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center operations is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills are required.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Make outbound calls to business professionals and decision-makers to schedule appointments and meetings.
Identify and engage potential prospects based on target audience criteria.
Explain the purpose and value of meetings professionally and persuasively.
Follow up with prospects to confirm availability and attendance.
Maintain accurate prospect information, call outcomes, and appointment records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Work closely with team leaders and management to improve call quality and conversion rates.
