Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is looking for an energetic SDR in Jakarta to source and build lead lists, contact inbound leads, and qualify opportunities for our B2B SaaS sales team. You will use LinkedIn, databases, events, and referrals, reaching out via phone, WhatsApp, and email in Bahasa Indonesia.

Fresh grads are welcome; strong communication, persistence, and a structured approach to qualification are essential. English is a plus as you work with diverse tech buyers across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer-facing, or outbound roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and build lead lists from multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, communities, events, referrals).
• Contact inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
• Run pre-call qualification to understand prospect needs, budget, authority, and timing.
• Score and qualify leads before handing them to the BD/AE team.
• Schedule high-quality meetings and ensure prospects are well-prepared.
