La Villa Oberoi in Seminyak, Bali seeks a proactive Villa Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, staff, guests and booking performance of a high‑end private villa. You will take ownership of service delivery and ensure seamless check‑ins and departures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in villa management, hotels, guest houses, Airbnb properties or hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine sense of hospitality and customer service.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to take initiative and make decisions independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing staff and service providers.
• Good knowledge of booking platforms and OTA channels.
• Fluently English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall condition and maintenance of the villa.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, pool staff and other service providers.
• Organise and follow up on repairs and maintenance work.
• Regularly inspect the property and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment and operational purchases.
• Organise staff schedules and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Monitor reservations and manage the booking calendar.
• Analyse competitor pricing and local market trends, and apply dynamic pricing strategies.
