Job summary

Bosch is expanding its workshop-partner network in Indonesia. The role focuses on engaging and developing independent workshops, promoting Bosch services and diagnostics, and driving parts sales across the territory.

Ideal candidates will have proven field-sales experience in automotive aftermarket, strong communication, and a willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia fluency and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and workshop equipment.
• Experience selling to independent workshops or networks.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for workshops in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull and promote workshop equipment and diagnostics.
• Generate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand over to the Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on delivery of basic value proposition services.
