Job summary

Bosch Indonesia is seeking a dynamic field-sales professional to manage workshops in the assigned territory. You will acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program, provide ongoing support, and drive parts sell-out while promoting diagnostic solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
