Job summary

The Bosch Group, Inc. is looking for a Workshop Sales Representative to lead workshops in Jakarta and throughout Indonesia.

You will acquire partners for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program, provide ongoing support, and drive parts pull and diagnostic solutions within the territory. The role also involves promoting Bosch services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check, and Vehicle Care Assistant.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Experience working with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors, or workshop networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check, and Vehicle Care Assistant.
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on delivery of basic value proposition services.
