Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Territory Sales professional to expand the Bosch Workshop Partner Program and drive service sales across the region. You will acquire, support, and grow workshop partnerships while promoting Bosch diagnostics, equipment, and services.

The role requires strong communication, extensive travel within the territory, and a solid background in automotive aftermarket sales. Bahasa Indonesia fluency and English working knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Experience working with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors, or workshop networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
