Bosch is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to drive workshop partnerships across Indonesia, with a focus on the Bosch Workshop Partner Program and loyalty initiatives. You will promote diagnostics, parts, and service offerings while building strong relationships with independent workshops and networks.

The role requires travel within the territory, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a valid driving license.

Qualifikationen

• Proven field-sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
