Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through written and verbal communication.
• Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across one to many Atlassian products.
• Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
