Job summary

iZeno is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. You will participate in maintenance and support activities, troubleshoot incidents, and apply patches in a timely manner.

You will support DevOps, CI/CD processes and OpenShift, coordinate with vendors on resolutions and upgrades, and create clear documentation for knowledge base and operations. A passion for learning and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Experience with container orchestration and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in maintenance and support activities, including troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD processes and OpenShift container platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
