Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide Atlassian product support and drive continuous improvement across CI/CD pipelines in our Indonesia operations.

You will triage issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement fixes and upgrades. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical support or DevOps roles.
• Experience interacting with management, users and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze problems and perform thorough debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through written and verbal communication.
• Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across Atlassian products.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams on problem resolution, upgrades and maintenance.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and runbooks.
