Job summary

iZeno, part of Logicalis Asia Pacific, is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to join our Jakarta-centered team. You’ll engage in maintenance and support activities, troubleshoot incidents, and patch systems promptly while helping to optimize CI/CD workflows and OpenShift container platform.

Collaborating with vendors and internal teams, you’ll create and maintain documentation, assist with upgrades, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the maintenance and support activities, including troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD process and OpenShift container platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
