Job summary

Abeam Indonesia is seeking a systems support professional to join our Jakarta team. You will provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems through development, testing, and deployment phases.

You will collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications before release, maintain documentation, and help manage development and production environments using cloud-based platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with programming/script languages (e.g., Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in technology consulting and/or IT system integration is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications before release.
• Maintain and update system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Assist in setting up and managing development and production environments using tools like low-code and/or cloud-based platforms.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues using monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and patches.
• Support version control and release management processes using Git and automated deployment tools.
