Job summary

Corner House Group is seeking a venue operations assistant to support the Venue Manager in daily tasks, ensure a clean and safe environment, and maintain high service standards. The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to coordinate staff across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have background in hospitality or events, willingness to work weekends/holidays, and basic computer skills to handle administrative duties. English is a plus and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, or venue operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to assist the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations.
• Ensure venue cleanliness, organization, safety and comfort.
