Job summary

Corner House Café Restaurant Bar in Bali seeks a dedicated Steward to join our kitchen team. You will support cleanliness, sanitation, and guest-focused service in a busy hospitality venue. The role requires basic housekeeping knowledge, physical stamina, and the ability to work quickly and accurately across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Prior experience is a plus but not required. You will follow cleaning procedures and safety standards to ensure a spotless, safe kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Junior High School or Senior High School, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine is an advantage.
• Understanding of how to clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tableware, and cooking utensils.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Disciplined, honest, responsible, and hardworking.
• Ability to work well with the kitchen team and other departments.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and occupational safety standards according to hotel or restaurant requirements.
