Job summary

Homedoki in Indonesia seeks a Store Operations Lead to drive daily targets, coordinate teams, and ensure SOP adherence across the store and warehouse.

You will monitor sales, support negotiations, manage inventory and ERP systems, and guide Store Crew through coaching and performance feedback.

Fluent English is required; 1–2 years in retail ops and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably in furniture, home living, or lifestyle retail.

Job description

• Lead and monitor end-to-end store operations while ensuring compliance with company SOP and operational standards.
• Monitor daily sales performance, assist customer negotiations, manage project customers, and drive the store to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support the development of Store Crew.
• Manage stock availability and accuracy across the store, warehouse, and product display, including operational requirements through the ERP system. 6. Manage store social media activities, including content creation, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• English Proficiency is a must (Interview will use full english)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably in furniture, home living, or lifestyle retail.
• Have leadership or team coordination experience, with the ability to lead daily briefings, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Strong sales mindset with good customer service, negotiation, upselling, and target achievement skills. Experience in project sales is preferred. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and daily operational issues.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock opname, POS/ERP systems, and basic store reporting.
• Take ownership, have strong integrity, and maintain a positive work attitude; willing to work on shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
