Job summary

Posisi ini memerlukan pengalaman ritel 2–3 tahun, dengan kemampuan manajerial untuk melatih tim, mengelola inventaris, dan menjaga standar operasional serta presentasi produk yang menarik.

Qualifications

• Minimal Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably electronics/consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
