Job summary

Job Description

Lead daily briefings, coordinate the team, and delegate tasks based on daily targets and operational priorities.

Lead and monitor end-to-end store operations while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Monitor daily sales performance, assist with customer negotiations, manage project customers, and drive the store to achieve sales targets.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support the development of Store Crew.

Manage stock availability and accuracy across the store, warehouse, and product displays, including inventory-related operations through the ERP system.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both spoken and written (the Interview will conduct with english)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or store operations, preferably in furniture, home living, or lifestyle retail.

Previous leadership or team coordination experience, with the ability to lead daily briefings, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.

Strong sales mindset with good customer service, negotiation, upselling, and target achievement skills. Experience in project sales is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and daily operational issues effectively.

Good understanding of inventory management, stock opname, POS/ERP systems, and basic store reporting.

Strong sense of ownership and integrity, with a positive and professional work attitude.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
