Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations/store management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
• Monitor KPIs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports, sales performance reports, and store activity reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and internal departments to support business objectives and operational improvements.
