Job summary

Engio is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager — Metal Products to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key industry partners. You will sell lifting, rigging, and fall-protection products to industrial customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Experience selling industrial metal products such as wire rope, lifting equipment, steel products, or similar.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell lifting, rigging, and fall-protection products to industrial customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide customer consultations.
• Prepare quotations and lead sales negotiations.
• Propose technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
