Specific Requirement

Deep understanding of material markets relevant to chemical / lubricants (base oils, additives, and packaging materials);

Experience in developing long-term supplier partnerships and managing international sourcing;

Familiar with import/export procedures, local procurement regulations, and sustainability practices;
