Job summary

PT Indonesia Thai Summit Auto is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead all purchasing processes, manage imports, and monitor supplier performance. The role requires SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and a valid SIM A. The candidate should be open to KIIC, Karawang, with manufacturing sector experience.

The position emphasizes cost control, supplier audits, and budget management within a structured quality framework including IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• 3 years of experience as Purchasing Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with SAP System.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication skills and good command of English.
• Possess Driving License (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang.

Responsibilities

• Control and take responsibility for all processes within the Purchasing Department.
• Handle and understand import processes and procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluations every six months, including supplier development and supplier audits.
• Control and monitor the purchasing budget in accordance with the business plan.
• Review and evaluate existing supplier prices and implement cost improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and control incoming materials from both local and overseas suppliers.
• Understand and apply IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

Job Requirements
