Job summary

Indesso, a leading Indonesian manufacturer in Aromatic Chemicals, Natural Extracts and Essential Oils, seeks a senior procurement leader. You will own end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to drive value across indirect categories.

You will align procurement with regulations, implement category strategies, and renew or renegotiate contracts while collaborating with business users to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing across indirect categories.
• Strong experience in end-to-end sourcing, negotiations and contract management.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and strong data-driven decision making.

• Responsible for end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect categories and ensure procurement processes align with regulations and company policies.

Job description

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect categories and ensure all procurement process align with regulations and company policies.

Drive category strategy implementation to optimize both cost efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Oversee the renewal, termination, or renegotiation of procurement contracts.

Manage customer budget and build strong relationship and collaboration with business user to optimize procurement process and bring added value for company.

Keep updated knowledge of procurement best practices, and market conditions.

Manage good & long-term relationships with suppliers, select and develop new suppliers and handling issues during the bidding process including problem solving.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistic or related disciplines (having procurement certification is a plus)

Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing across indirect categories.

Strong experience in end-to-end sourcing, possess negotiations and contract management.

Possess excellent communication skills to establish good cooperative relationships and collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

Fluency in English.

Strong analytical skills to utilize data and insights in making decisions.
